SHIPPING AND RETURNS

RETURNS

All sales on cut sizes are final.
Resto Wraps will only accept a return on full roll orders.

To start a return, email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Return claims on full rolls must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. All full roll returns are processed with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If the return request is accepted the customer is responsible for returning the item safely packaged in it's original condition, or the item may be subject to a non refund.

For special order full roll purchases there is a nonrefundable $250 fee. This fee will be withheld in addition to the 20% restocking fee for any special order full roll returns.

Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match to a previous order. Resto Wraps is always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products. Resto Wraps does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Are we out of stock of the color you wanted? No problem, you can place a full roll special order for any color. Please note that due to manufacturing times, special orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Due to shipping and operational costs, please note there is a nonrefundable $250 fee for all special orders. Any return request for a full roll special order will have this $250 fee withheld in addition to a 20% restocking fee. ORDER FULFILLMENT

Typically orders will ship out within 2 business days. When your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. Delivery times vary depending on region. For expediting shipping we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Order placed after 10 AM PST may ship the following business day. We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders with PO Box addresses will be canceled.

DELIVERY AND BILLING ADDRESSES

When placing your order please ensure your shipping and billing info is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any mistakes you input. Orders with incorrect billing information may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Resto Wraps will offer a replacement if stock is available. If after delivery a package stolen or damaged, Resto Wraps is not liable and cannot send a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe location for the package to be delivered to, or receive it directly from the delivery driver. To avoid packages being left unattended we offer Signature Confirmation Delivery.

LATE DELIVERIES

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and shipping rates are nonrefundable if the delivery is late. We are not responsible for carrier delays. If a package has no tracking updates please allow for up to 2 weeks for the package to be delivered. In most cases, the package was not scanned at the origin facility and further updates do not show on the carrier's system until the package is delivered.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


For international orders we offer shipping worldwide via UPS International Express. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to your country. You may be required to pay an extra import or duty when you pick up the item or when it is delivered to you. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount of taxes or duties if applicable.
